Rice paper wrappers
Shrimp, cooked and sliced
Rice vermicelli, cooked
Lettuce leaves
Carrots, julienned
Cucumber, julienned
Fresh mint leaves
Peanut dipping sauce
Instructions
Dip rice paper wrappers in warm water to soften.
Lay a wrapper on a flat surface and fill with shrimp, rice vermicelli, lettuce, carrots, cucumber, and mint leaves.
Fold the sides of the wrapper and roll tightly to seal.
